March 2026

Dear Goodegg Community,

Between the shifting global landscape and the constant “breaking news” alerts about conflicts abroad, it’s a tough world out there.

In times like this, when the world feels heavy and the future feels uncertain, our natural instinct is often to pull back, batten down the hatches, and wait for the storm to pass.

But here’s what we’ve learned over the years: Uncertainty is where the most meaningful growth happens—if we choose to stay grounded.

That’s not to say you should ignore the reality of what’s happening; it’s all about choosing where we focus our energy.

At Goodegg, we talk a lot about “investing for good,” and that doesn’t just apply to where we put our capital. It applies to how we show up for our families, our communities, and ourselves.

When global markets get jittery, come back to the fundamentals. Real estate is a tangible, “dirt and bricks” asset that provides a roof over someone’s head. It’s a reminder that even in a chaotic world, the basic human needs for safety, shelter, and community remain constant.

In times like these, though we can’t control the geopolitical climate, we can control our own focus and where we put our energy.

Let’s take a deep breath together, acknowledge the weight of the world, and then get back to the work of building a brighter, more stable future for the people we love.

We’re so grateful to be on this journey with you.

Sending sunny-side-up best wishes…
